We have a very hygienic well equipped and a modern BASE KITCHEN located in Industrial Area, Panchkula. Our BASE KITCHEN is one of the Largest in North India, can cater to upto 5000 at a time. We at Ambrozia lay a lot of emphasis on the presentation of our cuisines.

To ensure the above of we boast of having the latest and the best equipment / paraphernalia to make the presentation part of the food the best Be it the snacks / bar trolleys or the latest equipments in LIVE cooking (imported recently from Thailand) or the best of serving dishes, crockery, cutlery, we have them all. Our equipment is sourced from the leading suppliers and we constantly up date our equipment and refurbish our entire range of crockery and cutlery to enable us to give the best to our guests and to always remain ahead of the Competitors.

Mobility / Communication

A dedicated fleet of vehicles including Three Trucks and Two Delivery vans alongwith staff vehicles. All our staff has been provided with means of Transport during any given function. To ensure that all channels of communication remain open at all given time, Ambrozia is the only catering unit in Chandigarh which employs over TWELVE Motorola Wireless sets and Ten Mobile Phones, evenly distributed among the Operation as well as the Basic Kitchen Staff. Thus ensuring un-interrupted channels of communications at all times.
